August 2003, this image depicts the storm winds whipping the flag along with the fury of the bolts. I found the bolt on the lower left corner impersonating one of the supports for the porch to be amusing :)

Please note: If you are going to shoot this close to a storm, use your head and be IN a sheltered location such as a vehicle. There are old storm chasers and there are bold storm chasers, old bold storm chasers are pretty scarce, however!
